With Rancocas Pointe, TJC worked diligently with the municipality to provide badly needed affordable housing within the community. Through our dedicated diligence, TJC was able to rezone the property to provide 20% of the units to be affordable for low and moderate income families. Once rezoned, we sold the property to another builder.
