We backfilled the foundation and we also poured the garage floor for Lot 16.  Just look at all that greenery in the backyard, you’d never even know that there’s an existing home way back there!  When we designed Coddington Hill, we asked ourselves “How do we make our community feel secluded…to be different?”  Our answer was through responsible land planning by not ripping down all the trees like most other builders do.  Imagine, if we put this much detail into just a homesite, imagine what our finished homes will be like!

We always go above and beyond the competition in everything we do.   This photo shows the granite block entry pavers we are currently embedding into the road as a permanent feature for all residents at Coddington Hill.  Do you know why NJ homebuilders do not build this into their streets?  It’s because it’s expensive…but we’re not like the other builders who try to save a buck by skimping out on the fancy stuff.  This entry feature is more commonly associated with high-end multi-million dollar homes found in The Hamptons, but hey, if they can do it…so can we!
